$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install curves 

curves is installed in your system.

Make ensure the curves package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep curves *

You will get with curves package name, version, architecture and description in a table

curves package basic information:
